My wish is to make you the Hero.  If I can help you put good food on your table (or even your ageing parents' or neighbour's tables) that didn't come out of a box or a drive thru, and replace stress with good feelings about what you gobble down at mealtimes, then we all win.

I'm one of those types that grew up on scratch food and have a hard time feeding my family food from freezer boxes.  I've perfected a collection of great, handmade meals to share and I'm adding more all the time.     

I love my family (yup that's me 'n them).  I grow vegetables in the summertime.  I love to run.  And I love to create genius things in the kitchen.

I also love to write.  My weekly email newsletter sent every Monday, includes monthly feature menus, promotions & community events and programs that I'm a part of, along with life comments and occasional rants debunking the realities of life and how we're all connected.  I highly recommend you join!

You can find me at the East Gwillimbury Farmer's Market this season, Thursdays 2 - 7 pm, May 19 through to Thanksgiving.
